Summer 2025 Coaching Cohort

1. The Coaching Cohort goes through 6 weeks in June and features 3-4 live zoom sessions (we will record them if you can't make it), private chat and community, templates/tools/resources, feedback on your program/playbook/coaching portfolio, direct access to me, and much more!
   • We'll cover the following topics:
     • Program Audit + Vision Building
     • Cleaning Up Your Playbook/Drill Book
     • Culture/Leadership Systems
     • Planning Workouts/Off-Season Structure
     • Organizing your Portfolio
     • Planning the next 12 months in your program
2. We'll start the Cohort the first week in June.
   1. This will include getting access to a group chat for other cohort members, figuring out the best schedule for live Zoom meetings for those attending.
   2. A weekly email with "homework" to complete each week. We'll be helping each other through these assignments, offering ideas and feedback, and more.
